OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a Strategic Planner  who has passion for developing brand and marketing strategies, strong business acumen, passion in thriving for total marketing solutions to impact deeply Business & Brand Performance in general. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our team, together driving outstanding business results for ADZ.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Advancement of the brands through the ability to combine psychological knowledge, analytical thinking, and creativity.

  • Writing inspirational creative briefings.

  • Development and conception of target group-specific, cross-channel brand, and communication strategies.

  • Build up a strong internal information system via leveraging secondary research and tools as well as other internal resources.

  • Creation of convincing and strategic presentations.

  • Analysis of markets, brands, and customer needs.

  • Research new initiatives, trends, updates from the technology in interior design industry to fuel the creative ideation process.

  • Other assigned tasks by different strategists.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATION

  • Graduated from universities with a focus on marketing/communication/consumer research. Prior experience working in data driven research environment is a plus.

  • Outstanding negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Have at least 2 years of professional working experience in related to Strategic Planning or similar experience

  • Quantitative research experience.

  • Good command of English.

  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Projects.
